Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord.. - Psalm 127. Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it. —Proverbs 22:6.

On a November Sunday we dedicated our son to the One who gave him to us. As our Pastor anointed his little head with oil, and the church prayed over him, I remembered a little song always helped through the tough times while waiting on our answer to prayer. It went like this...

Teach me Lord to wait down on my knees,
Till in your good time, you answer my plea
Teach me not to rely on what others do,
But to wait on my knees for an answer from you.

They that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength,
They shall mount up with wings as eagles.
They shall run, but not grow weary,
they shall walk, and not faint
Teach me Lord, teach me Lord....... To Wait


We still stand in awe of the wonderful ways of God. If you are praying for your own miracle, be encouraged and continue to hold on. The Lord meets all His promises at His appointed time. You can see that from my first posting to this blog (Remembering Hannah) to now.

All things are possible.. Only Believe
